By accessing or using Qonir (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Qonir provides an AI-assisted applicant tracking platform and recruiting tools. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights of others, upload malicious content, scrape, or interfere with normal operation.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe in USD. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Qonir a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. Intellectual property

All Qonir software, branding, and content are owned by Qonir or its licensors. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by a human before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qonir's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France.
