Who we are

Qonir SAS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Qonir platform.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, organisation.
Usage data: pages viewed, actions, device, IP, approximate location.
Candidate data you submit (CVs, notes, scores) — processed on your behalf as data processor.
Billing data handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance (to deliver the Service), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), legal obligation (tax, accounting), and consent (analytics, marketing).

How we use data

To run the Service, authenticate users, generate AI match reports, send service emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties.

Sub-processors

We use trusted providers including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and our AI providers (AixDash, Google, Moonshot) under data-processing agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under SCCs.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure. Billing data is kept for 10 years as required by law. CV-checker submissions are not stored on our servers.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
